Ok, I was thinking how to make this weekend even better.... At the moment the Travelodge at Burton Upon Trent is only £33 for the Saturday night:

This hotel is only 17 miles from Donnington Park circuit but you do have to pay £3 for the car park....

However, only a 20 minute walk from the hotel is the National Brewery Centre!

They do some great tours at around a tenner a person if we can get 10 or more people to go.

Also, on the Saturday night, the are holding a Last Night of the Proms evening:

£10 per person or 4 tickets for £30. This could be a fantastic night, something different and a nice drink or two.
