Guys I'm feeling pretty rough at the moment so not sure if I'll be there tomorrow or not. I'm going to see how I feel when I wake up. If I'm ok, then I'll be at the Shell at the right time but if I'm not then obviously I won't be. I don't want you waiting for me if I'm not there!
