French Car Show - 2015 - What to take

As it stands (there will be more)

On behalf of the club, I will be taking:
Goody bags
Bacon and rolls for your welcome breakfast
Butter
Ketchup
Mayo
Brown Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Paper plates
Napkins
Bin bags
Plastic cutlery
Disposable BBQ's for the Bacon first thing
Sweets
And I'll be making cupcakes
Matches, fire lighters, charcoal etc

Stand bits
Gazebo
6x camping chairs
2x Pasting tables
Club flags
Club banner
French flags + flag poles

Suggested items for members:
Camping chairs
Cash - there will be cash machines, but they may charge a fee
Snacks a drinks - with the early start it will be a long day. So to save you some pennies, it's a great idea to pack some water, quick munch food to keep you going
This is at the start of a British summer, so pack your sunscreen and waterproofs!

Pete always brings his BBQ, but please bring your own items to cook for this. With all the different allergies and dietary needs it is much easier if you bring bits to cook With this, pack what you would like, burger cheese, rolls, etc. I want to know that everyone is catered for, so to ensure this, it is great if everyone takes something.

There is a Sainsburys about a mile from the hotel, which we will need to stock up for the Sunday.
