And as 2nd place winners for best stand in 2014 and 2015, we can't not do something this year! We're away the week after W&W and I don't fancy dragging a car full of tables, tea cups, plates, tea pots, massive leaves etc.

So this year, rather than Alice in Wonderland, we will have a Summer Holidays theme

Really easy to do. Home Bargains and the like have festival gear in, so I've got some hula necklaces for everyone. But if you can come dressed in your best holiday gear - Hawaiian shirts, flip flops, napkin's as hats kind of thing- bright and colourful. Bring picnic blankets, inflatables, deck chairs might be a bit big to pack, so camping chairs with beach towels over them would be good. Cakes to share etc - I'll look at if we can take something to cook food on (if allowed)

Brian can get into the theme by getting sun burnt.

I'll take bunting and stand decs etc.

This isn't compulsory! Just an idea if you wanted to get involved

I think its quite easy to achieve the theme we are going for without anyone spending money.

Sounds great - I can bring folding chairs for Steve and I with towels, shorts are standard anyway

We don't have any inflatable rings or lilos but I'll keep an eye out to see if any cheap ones become available

Joni - do you know if there is one entrance time for all or do you guys go in early as you have a stand ? I'm wondering if Mark and I will be able to drive in with you lot and then park in the standard car park ?

Club entrance has to be done by 09:45. Arena opens at 06:45. Public entry from 09:00
