Hi All!
I am organising a Thorpe park and Fright Night meet! There are three choices you all can make and they are!
1. A day at Thorpe Park if you don't want to do Fright Night
2. Come later during the day for Fright Night for some thrills and Horror!
3. Have the best of both and do the day and night!
This is welcomed to all members whether you are new or have been with the club for a while!
For everyone who is attending the day, the meet up point will be at Thorpe Park at 9:00am.
I will be able to give people a 25% discount on food and drinks as I work at Thorpe Park
Date
18th Saturday October 2014
Plan for the Day/Night
9:00am - Meet at Thorpe Park
10:00am - Enter the Theme Park
3:00pm - Fright Night attractions opens (This doesn't mean that day members have to leave)
10:00pm - Park Closes but everyone can leave as they please
Locations
Meet up point at 9:00am:
Thorpe Park's Address
We're just 20 miles from Central London, with plenty of transport links between Junctions 11 and 13 of the M25 (but for reasons unknown to us, you can't get here from J12).
Here’s the address for working out your quickest route.
THORPE PARK Resort
Staines Road
Chertsey
Surrey
KT16 8PN
Using GPS?
With our postcode, some Sat Navs aren’t so savvy and may lead you to Norlands Lane so keep a lookout for the big coaster track over our main entrance on Staines Road.
Prices
Booking tickets online for both Day, Night or Day & Night are £23.99 (you can purchase tickets on the link below)
https://me-tp.store20.accesso.com/ca...970.1410818858
Buying tickets at Thorpe Park will be £48 so I strongly suggest pre purchasing your tickets online!
Hotels
For anyone who is thinking of booking a hotel if the journey is far there are three hotels close by!
1. Travelodge - Staines
2. The Shark Hotel - Thorpe Park Resort
3. Travelodge - Chertsey

Parking
From the website:
All directions on where to Park when you arrive will be clearly signposted on the day of your visit.
Please note that the car park at THORPE PARK Resort is a paid for facility.
Car Park Charge £5*
Disabled Parking is available and conveniently located close to the admissions area (see the map above for the location)
Premium Merlin Annual Pass Holders £Free*
Just scan your Annual Pass at the car park exit
*Car parking charges are subject to change
Now to avoid this £5 charge, I suggest we all park in the drop off zone, as it's always empty and no one ever cares, I have done it since March and have never been stopped. Plus is great for pictures
Let us know if you can make it! Will be great fun!
