y dont u post them up then?? the police arnt dicks at these meets unless u get the odd twat who decides to spoil it 4 ppl and joy rides etc... as above it explains that its to show the locals that we aint what they think we are aka boyracers etc.... its to prove we aint all the same and its just certain 1's. police are only there to protect and keep a watch on these events, there wernt any bother at the last 1

if they are mixed car cruises y not post them?? gets u out and a chance to get the club noticed doesnt it?? the c2's are becomming more common show them sum class by turnin up in a ds3.... u dont see any at these meets which i think it wud be nice to see a different car for a change other than the common cars ppl buy

Hi there folks,

Its Martin here, organiser (and rozza) of the car show. Just a quick update for you guys (and girls), I have spoken to Fast Car magazine also and by the looks of it, they will also be attending the show.

Any questions please dont hesitate to ask, I have also made a facebook page for the event "Ashington Car Show".

I am very grateful for the support I have recieved from this club and I can promise you all that we will not be there to scrutinise cars, only to admire them and try and prevent some Vehicles spinning round ASDA car park on the night!

I am a huge car enthusiast myself and have put a lot of work into organising this. The last event I hosted brought around 300 cars from around the area and generated huge media interest (front page of the evening chronicle).

I thank you yet again for your support and look forward to seeing you there on the night.
