how about going a little further out and meet up in Stratford Upon Avon?
Great place to visit, loads of shops or just chill
If sunny lovely down by the river, vast grass area to park on and tons of room where everyone could park up together relatively cheaply
Have a BBQ & just chill on grass area next to river or get some rowing / motorboats out on the river and eat Ice cream
Ideal to meet up & take some great pics - even group pics

Ok, so initial idea:

We go Go Karting
They have a few options re arrive & drive and group things. I don't really know having never been, but you guys will know what you want.
Its a good place to meet, re big enough place to find, park and catch up. Not everyone has to drive obviously, and I'm sure those that don't drive can do enough pointing and laughing at those that do.

From here we drive from B to A (12 miles)



And then . . .
