DS3 Meet plus 'basic detailing' - 24th of Sept

Hi Reference my post on gathering interest on a DS3 and Detailing Meet how many members could commit to Sat 24th of Sept?

This is the following weekend from the Donnington meet but might work.

This would be with a group of Focus ST owners.

I might have to shift some things around but before I do so I wanted to check numbers.

So I better start the list, details (address (Stoke on Trent), start time to be confirmed (probably 11am) once I have an idea of numbers, etc)

OK, Shame.... I never mentioned October?
Because of low DS3 club numbers I need to bridge it onto another club meet there so date choice is limited....

No probs mate. It was me mentioned october coz had a meet in the planning stage for that weekend at the time (kop hill climb) and was trying to space the meets out a bit.

Nice, i can look at those while they are there, i was looking at getting one but got the DS3 instead cos insurance alot cheaper :-)

Clair, if a detailer I know is there (with a Focus ST) his car is in superb condition, way way beyond showroom.....
It'll melt your bits!

Is it the green focus i parked next to when we had the Autobrite meet the other month? if so, i was well impressed, it looked really nice

At this number, subject to chatting to my friend we might be able to do just one car between us (I was demo-ing to over 20 last time, not DS3 club of course)......should be fun.

Hope you can come Graham, but if not we need to schedule machining yours at my place.

Normally Mark picks a car from the visiting club which hasn't been cleaned for yonks! Nice grubby wheels to get sorted, etc! Typically they have no wax on, nothing, completely naked :eek:

But with a few of us I'm sure they'll be a good candidate DS3 there to do! If because of Mark's facilities we have to use one from the Focus club, then once we've done that my intention would be to grab a DS3 and help giving that a quick go - when you spotted Clair's DS3 getting a bit of TLC at the Autobrite meet a few weeks ago, that was me on it when it was outside and a friend of mine giving the bonnet a machine when we wanted to move the professionally placed bottle marks from the dealer!
