Hows the Club 2013 2nd National meeting materialising?

Realising the discussion for the 2012 DS3 Club 1st National meet started early September 2011, was just wondering if anything was in the pipeline for the 2nd National meeting in 2013?

Hopefully someone is taking the reins and making a few tentative enquiries, and it may be helpful to let members know how things going?

From whats been said before, the weekend of the French Car Show of 2013 would be the date, with the venues for the National meet reasonably close by - The Saturday of that weekend for our club National worked well this year. (Not sure if PFC has announced date/venue yet)

Would assume a new thread would start re definite info on 2nd National when it is available, and this thread could be for members to suggest ideas- sensible of silly, whatever.

As far as im aware nobody has officiallly taken the reins but if anyones up for it plz feel free. unless martin has had drastic change of heart we`ll have to see what happens , as already mentioned he is thinking about planning the normandy trip so that will take some time and effort as we can all imagine. odviously i cant speak for martin just mentioning that alots going on so we`ll see how things go good idea tho get some ideas floating around , locations etc.

FCS date has not been announced yet and I'm still on the committee for that so will let you know as soon as I know.

We started talking about the National about this time but as for doing anything positive you need to wait till Jan. I already have offers stored from shops/organisations etc that were gathered during and after this years event.

Yeah we need to wait until the FCS date is announced before anything is set in stone

Do we know when FCS is announced?
Spose could ring the organisers- but dont want to tread on toes

As I said I'm on the FCS (not club) committee and when the date is decided FPC will say if we can release the date. Probably not til late Nov/Dec :0)

Understand you are on the PFC Committee
