Monthly South East Branch Brighton Meet

This is planned for Devils Dyke, Sunday 28,04.13- just of A27 north of Brighton

No- it went ahead on 24th April 2013- fantastic sunny day I recall. 5 or 6 DS3s I think (Ed- 8 in fact...one didn't come to town)

Oh= see what you mean. Has the monthly meet died- No, its the same SELucky 7s meet,(See post 4#) just in winter we decided not to do it monthly as its too cold, and only 3 or 4 cars turned up.

We are up to Lucky 7s meet number 9 which will take place late March, early April

We always said as a group, that if we got 6 confirmed attendances we would run a meet whatever (Some meetings will just run and see who turns up)
So if someone wants to come up with venue, date and time, and gets 6 confirmations, its a runner!
Before Christmas if you like

(Reason for confirmations is we had a meet in Southend once, about 12 expressed interest, 6 or 7 confirmed attendance, then only 2 of us turned up on a really wet horrible day. Waste of time and money)

Here was April meet- 8 of us started at Devils Dyke North Brighton, and convoyed the half hour journey to town, and bumped into a car festival on Brighton seafront, then blagged our way into it for parking. Heres us parked up. A Good day even tho lfc attended LOL! He left early tho

I went on a road the other day in a hire car from work, empty, 60 limit and a few smallish roundabouts thrown in, LOTS of fun. Wished I was in the DS3.

If we get 6 confirmed for a Brighton meet, we will run it as a Lucky 7s local meet.
