Anyone going to Nürburgring May 25th. or 26th?

Some friends and I are going to Nürburgring 25th-26th of May.

Anyone happen to be there at the same time?

Nope, but I will be driving a lap on the Nordschleife 4th of August. Already looking forward to it!

What times did you get in your racings ?

Haven't tried with my racing yet.. bought the car in november. Last year I drove a Z4 round the track in 09:16

It was a wet lap and was not pushing the car to it's limit but approx 11 min 30 sec from bridge to gantry.

Nice! Did you sneak in your camera? Heard they check for cameras as it isn't allowed.. Or isn't that true?

I did sneak it in and mounted it as soon I was on the track. Would not post videos capturing accidents as I understand that is why there is a ban against filming. Ironically they rent out GoPros but I guess they would delete any videos containg footage they're not happy about.

Always wondered what it would be like to drive on the 'wrong' side of the road in a Left Hand Drive car. Even watching that felt very unnatural. So at least I now know to avoid.

Was quoted £250 insurance for one bleeding lap last year

I'm sure you have some nice tracks in the UK also but I will absolutely recommend going to the Nürburgrin at least once.. it's addictive
Got to be one of the worlds most exciting tracks, and certainly a challenging one

Chugger ??..................its a Tug boat every one knows that lol

No Chris was there on Photo Duties but did see loads of real cars going round GT3's and a few GTR's could have got a few Pax laps but I am a control freak and dont like that sort of thing
