new ds3 meet in berkshire

hi all over the next week or two I will be visiting some venue's in Berkshire to see if I can sort a venue for a by monthly meet like the lucky sevens have so keep an eye out for a date.
im looking at a venue for a bar-b-que or picnic area maybe (bring your own food)

so would any of you guy's be up for a summers afternoon /evening bash a bit of lite music to go with it
what do you think if I can sort a venue

I am going to look into the Runnymeade venue as it has a load of parking but it is a pay & display ill find out how much it is, it's also a great venue for a picnic their is also a café on the other side of the rd which do cream teas etc I will pop over later in the week and see what they can do for us meal wise or a buffet type.
