Any thoughts on a marquee for the show? I've been looking around and can get a good sized (6m x 3m) one for around £75 and if we look after it then can have it for Trax too and any other meets. Might also be able to get some cheap printing done on the front of it with club logo etc.

Can have a table with merch inside, some photos of members cars at other shows, and flyers for the club etc and maybe even a car or two depending on size etc.

I'd be happy to put some money into the pot for this. Thoughts?!

I think this was suggested a while back and it was a choice between the marquee and flags, the club went with the latter that time but I agree that would be a nice thing to have, I'd be happy to make a small donation towards it (wouldn't need many folks if we put in a £10 etc) if the club decided they want to do this

Will look into it, but ideally we would want a branded one. Got plans for merch too. This is the kind of thing membership subscriptions go towards. So we have a few months to save and look into
