Indeed as Tom said above all being well we'll get everyone parked together.

Certainly at the moment the plans with FrenchUK are to have a rendezvous point beforehand for us all to meetup locally and then convoy into the show thus guaranteeing (in theory...!) that we park together in the French Quarter.

As I'm based locally to this show I think I'll be organising this for FrenchUK, but can post details on here too if DS3Club would like to join.

Regarding day's I'm planning on the Sunday 25th...

A suggestion for the NW people to meet up to convoy is the car park at B&Q in Ashton-under-Lyne (OL7 0DN), it's just off J23 of the M60.

with this event , when you say everyone park together, is that like all citroens? and do they have to be like done up?? you can go to it and just park in a normal car park though right? or is that the point of the meet that everyone parks in one place?

That sounds like a good meeting point for anyone from Manchester joining the convoy Patrick.

Ill suggest a meeting point for Bolton area people -

Tesco Extra, Middlebrook Retail park, Horwich, BL6 6JA (mainly because this is more accessible to anyone coming from Preston than Bolton)

Your car doesn't need to be "done up" lol (i prefer the word modified ) Anyone is welcome as we will be parked together as a forum/club irrelevant of car make/model/standard/modified

However if its not a Citroen be prepared for abuse :P

Yeah I think that the plan is that all of the Citroens will be parked together in the new area called the French Quarter which the organisers have come up with for this year, so all of the french cars and clubs will park up and show their cars.

Definitely don't have to be all modified and fandango'd up though, standard cars are of course welcome! Also by parking in the French Quarter this means that people can leave when they want throughout the day - unlike other areas of the show where cars have to be in place all day (generally the really modified and show cars).

So basically I think we're aiming to park the Citroens all together within the French Quarter area of the show and also have a little meet-up locally before the show and convoy in so we're all parked together

That's the plan in theory, in practice though it might be another matter haha!

Think it depends if DS3Club go down the official club stand booking route where pre-book a stand with cars, but I think us on FrenchUK website are just going to pay on the day but still park altogether - easier than doing it in advance I think...!

Plenty of time to sort it all out though I'm sure...!
