Things to take to French Car Show......

[WTF]

I'm taking:

• Club flags
• Cupcakes
• Goodie bags
• x2 camping chairs
• Stickers
• Lanyards
• Bin bags to keep the stand tidy

Mega Gazebo now purchased to accommodate both clubs



Suggestions for everyone:

• Apart from the obvious tickets, window pass etc
• Camping chairs
• Soft drinks
• Snacks

Items we can divide up between us:

• Food for BBQ, meat, bread, cheese, sauce
• Paper plates, napkins, cups

Does anyone have Twister?

Anything else we need?

I'll also bring laptop and if we get good enough 4G signal my wifi device so we could theoretically sign new members up on the day if needed.
Do we want balloons for the gazebo?
