Hi WTF,

In Daves absence then let me try and clear this up.

The rolling road is a piece of kit that the car is put on to simulate driving conditions. As the car is run up through the gears, a computer analyses the data and returns the cars BHP & torque from various aspects such as engine power, drivetrain power loss and actual power at the wheels as well as a few other bits.

The remap will effectively reprogram the car's ECU to improve both power and torque. The rolling road at this point in addition to the above will allow Viezu to monitor the changes and modify the map accordingly.

Can the remap be done on all models? Will it effectivley make it quicker?

You are not far off in the idea of a treadmill for cars, I like the analogy.

As for the performance gains on the VTI, then Dave is the person to ask as I have the THP but the change to mine was enormous and the economy improved too.
