Yeah the door side tucks under seal so you do have a little room for error ,window side got to be a little more careful

Postage solution sorted! Those that have applied them, would the same amount extra each side be all that needs changing?
My only concern if it was long enough to go level with the window is that I may have to send out a left side and a right side. The side that will go next to the window will need to to be much longer re the angle that needs to be cut. This would also need to be curved angle when applying. Where the ones above next to the window are it is straight.
For that reason, I'm more inclined to just increase the length the same each side of the text. Eliminating left and right side mix up and angled application.

Having more space either side allows the user to centralise the text which would mean they can put it wherever they want on the fin (higher/lower). You need more on the window side than the door side because the window side allows for more to be put in, behind the window. The door side stops a bit earlier. But if you have the door side shorter, than the window side, you'd struggle to centralise the text I would think.
I'll try measure the exact distance later

The door side would change too
Drivers side
Window: <----------DS3CLUB.CO.UK---->Door
Passenger side
Door: <----DS3CLUB.CO.UK---------->Window
I'm happy to just add X amount on each side so it's up to the person sticker them on. My only concern applying over the curve.

Oh yeah, so it'd have to be equal space on each side. I think adding space to each side for the person to decide is better.
If you mean under the curve of the window? It's just a case of making the line prior to cutting along the shape of the window curve, like I did. Then it'll fit under the window trim. If you press the sticker down naturally it'll follow the curve of the car and wrap around fine.
Also if you have it further down, the seal inside the door ends quite high up so you wouldn't have the issue of hiding it under that seal. It'd just wrap around the body and stop wherever the sticker ends.
