Vinyl repositioning from Club store with water?

Got my eyelids for the headlights I ordered a few days ago and was very pleased to see it was made from Oracle material, a high quality brand. Im just wondering can this be applied with water so that it can be positioned properly before rubbing out air bubbles as I know some vinyl material can't be.

Also the complimentary pack of haribo was a nice touch too.

Should be able to. I've always used water spray for large vinyls, and I seem to remember Joni mentioning it for old large stickers.
