Going into the 1998 NFL Draft, there's no question that Randy Mo s was one of the 10 best players available.After all, Mo s had everything an could ask for in a receiver: height at 6-foot-4, game-breaking speed and unbelievable athleticism.Despite those attributes, Mo s wasn't one of the first 10 players taken on draft day in 1998.
