Got mine today and the envelope was also open, think you need to change the envelopes you use WTF

I think there could be a problem with the decal(car), I hand washed mine today and the web address stayed on but the car itself came off on the first wash, I thoroughly cleaned my window before putting it on, will order another and see how that fairs.

Make sure theres no products on window ornplace of attchment as it affects thw bond. I find a mild washing up liquid and sponge helps. And use a hairdryer to heat glue up or take time to thoroughly rub it on with a credit card or similar. I have many decals and all have survived pressure washes polishes waxes and clay.

If it's coming off and you're washing by hand I can't help but think the vinyl may not have been applied correctly.

Received in post today, on car as soon as I got home from work. Now proudly being driven around Shropshire.
