This morning, my lad emailed me to say his XBO controller had stopped working, I bought the console via Amazon.uk so went to my order history. I clicked the link to take me to a post that allowed me to send a phone number to them so they could call back. Shortly after this they called my lad and I received an email to state that £37.95 was being credited to my account.
All in all about five minutes, now that ladies and gents is great customer service.
