Still Forza 4 less at the moment. Game finally replied to my email this afternoon

I would like to apologise for the delay in our response and assure you that this is not our usual response time.
I am sorry to hear that you have not received your goods, I can confirm that your order was despatched on the 11/10 from our warehouse.
Unfortunately from time to time goods go missing within the postal network and although we are happy to replace them we do ask you to wait 15 working days. If you have not received your order by 28/10 you will need to submit a Royal Mail claim form. I have attached a claim form to this email for your convenience. Please ensure you include a hand written signature, as we are unable to accept unsigned claim forms.

So it looks like I will have to wait until Friday next week before I can do anything. What I don't understand is if they are aware that things some times go missing in the postal system, why do they carry on using it!!!
