Coming down south for the Air Tattoo. Swindon hotels are booked out and Oxford needs a train connection at Didcot. A quaint village between Didcot and Swindon with a train station would be perfect if anyone from this area knows of any.

Why not stay in Didcot?

Actually... I wouldn't want to stay in Didcot! I don't know the train routes very well (and the villages I know have Didcot as their nearest station) but will have a think and get back to you

Thanks, staying 3 nights from the 10th. It seems a popular area as lots of hotels and b&b are booked, unless everyone is going to the tattoo.
