No sleep whatsoever last night, phoned emergency out of hours dentist but NHS cuts means no emergency out of hours service anymore. Had to wait till 7.45am to book a morning appointment; answering machine wasn't switched off till 8.10am GRRRRRRR.

Got in at 10.20am. Xray revealed cracked tooth with an infection hence no extraction today. Got to now wait 19 days for them to slice my gum open, take out all parts of the tooth then stitch it back up. Absolutely cakking my pants already
