Put ours on the market 0900 Tuesday, three viewings that night, received an offer for our asking price Wednesday morning, we put an offer in on the new one, offer accepted yesterday.
Should be in before Christmas, awesome new mancave

It came on the market last month but was snapped up before we could make a bid, however the buyer couldn't raise the funds so it came back on, the seller would only entertain offers from parties who had already sold due to there being no chain their end. We knew we could sell ours quickly and managed to get the seller to drop the asking price by £5k. I hadn't seen it until yesterday but its a lovely place, beautiful views over the countryside as well.Originally posted by lfcrule1972 View Post
