  • omg!

    My local Citroen service team need 1 big ass hi5 right in the dam face with a chair!! So car went in yday and was ready today... But do you think they phoned me to let me know it was ready... Did they **** .... So I'm a bit annoyed and have to wait another day to collect my car as I'm doing a 12hr shift tomorrow aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    That's not good, I've always had a call from dealers when the car is finished....

      Phoned today make sure and they said they where under the assumption some 1 had phoned to tell me!...

        The lovely bill they tried to charge my other half when she picked the car up even though I had a 12month warranty when bought the car... Luckily though they double checked they systems and said sorry our mistake... Shame cracking sales team over there and just bought 2used cars and 1 brand new off them in the last 2months but it's all let down by the service side

          They always assume a lot.

          The Citroen service department is by far the worst I have experienced out of a number of other manufacturers. I actually don't think their telephones are able to make outgoing calls.
