Minor scratch to dashboard

Hi all.

Was hoovering out my ds3 today and accidentally hit the dashboard with the plastic part of this Hoover extension. I literally gently touched it with the Hoover end which caused a mark to the shine. IV tried everything to rub it out but nothing! Also by buffering that area has lightened the black shine. Any help much appreciated!
