Not sure but my Wagyu was the size of a childs fist (Wagyu Sirloin150gms Japanese £98). It was mostly fish and seafood but as i don't do them I went for a duck salad starter followed by the Wagyu and then goose liver. Tasted even nicer as I wasn't picking up the bill.
