Hello,

I know of some people that have used the above mentioned company. I ordered a Nilfisk Snow Foam Lance last week and it came today.

However the invoice is for another individual, not me. It's not even the product I ordered :s

I've just phoned the company and the man said he world call me back tomorrow...

Was looking forward to trying this out aswell

I've read elsewhere online that the products are good but the customer service lets them down...

Surprised he answered the phone actually. Good at sorting rare problems when they arise though 👍

I found the number on another forum, wasn't a 'hello direct hoses answer' just a 'hello'!

I had a problem that was sorted eventually, but he is very difficult to communicate with when you do get a problem. I must admit I'm unlikely to use them again

Thanks for your reply. I'll hopefully get a response tomorrow. The other person must be just as confused that they've not received their product.

The communication seems to be a big issue, strange way to run a business!
