Moral is equally low in my force. We are all single crewed even on night shifts and we now cover the entire county so back up can be a long time coming. I cannot imagine doing anything else now though and I love driving so I'll stick with response for now.

Same here as well! They're even sending us out single crewed, but at least that's only in the day time. The regs on response like it when some of us work with them as it means there's a double crewed car!
