Failed log in Attempts by unauthorised persons ?

Hello,
I have just received this odd message:

Someone has tried to log into your account on DS3 Owners Club - DS3Club.co.uk with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 112.19.9.172

The address seems to belong to a Chinese Outfit Called 'China Mobile Communications',............... very odd.

Has anybody else had anything of a similar nature happen ?

I got one of these last week - seems to be a spam/hack attempt

We are aware of some attempted logins, and Dangerousfish (Tech) knows about this

There's a large number of attempts at the moments of machines in China attempting to brute force user accounts.

Blocking the whole of China from viewing the sites isn't something I really want to do however it may be our only option if this continues.

For now, if you receive one of these messages please forward it on to me including the IP address that attempted to gain access.
