I'm off out to club some baby seals to death - this is worse than the cactus IMHO. 31 mile all electric range is a pointless concession to the greenies in a car that size.....
Umm... Chris, regardless of looks, did you see the performance & economy: "4.5-second 0-62mph time, plus 166mpg economy and CO2 emissions of just 39g/km."
I'm all for burning fossil fuels but if they even get half of that, it's a big step forward.
Over 1000 miles to a tank and still have decent performance, what's not to like?

How many starts will you get like that Patrick with only a 31 mile range ? Will it keep charging in between to allow that kind of performance to be maintained ?
As for the mpg we all know that isn't real world driving, that said 100mpg if achieved would be good, it's just this looks like the Cactus' deformed brother (that lives in Notre Dame)

How many starts like that would you need in real world driving?

I don't think they say but I assume that the engines work together and charge the batteries while doing normal driving. Like you say, a consistent 100mpg would be an improvement on most current engines.

Not a fan of that, do like the cactus though.
But I call shotgun on the electric motor from a wrecked one (hybrid DS3!) wonder how much that would cost me, and how much it would weigh, not to mention how to integrate it.
With the exception of the RR Evoque, I don't normally like the design of this type of vehicle, but if the finished version is slightly less in your face than this then I have to say I quite like it.
Next door neighbour's got an Evoque and a new Range Rover. The Evoque is incredibly disappointing when compared to the Rangey. I think it's a bit of an insult to the brand.
