Week in Dublin

Never been but heading there for a few days in June, cheap flight, what's the easiest way to get to the city from the airport ??

Staying in the jury's inn the other side of the river, any recommendations of places to go, we have 2 proper days the 3rd will be trying to get back to the airport lol!

You could visit Phoenix Park, St Stephen's Green, Dublin Zoo, Kilmainham Gaol, Dublin Castle, National Wax Museum, Botanic Gardens, Old Jameson Distillery - better than the Guinness Factory.

As my dad's from Dublin I spent a lot of time there over the years but it was only on a recent trip with my other half that I went to the Temple Bar - it may be expensive but its nice to walk around and feels really traditional and old. Even if you don't go for a drink, take a walk around, won't do no harm

Do the free walking tour, search facebook for 'Dublin free walking tour' they do one for the south side of the city in the morning and one for the north side in the arvo. Peter is really knowledgeable and a great guide, and it will help you navigate the city later on too! They also do a great value beer and whiskey tasting in the evening.
