Need a bit off help

Hi I am new here so if this in the wrong place can some one please move to the right place.
I have broken the speedo glass and need a new one ASAP but we're the he'll do I get one from any help would be a great help

I'd probably try a scrapyard first and see if you can get the speedo unit from a smashed DS3, then if you're comfortable with the DIY you might be able to change it over for your broken plastic screen.

(I don't know whether this is possible btw without seeing what a removed one looks like)

Thanks for getting bk -lfcrule1972 I was just hoping I could replace the class bit as my diy skill are very limited lol

Unfortunately the glass will not come as a separate piece. Will need a new unit. As ifcrule said breakers yard or e-bay. As you would have to take the whole thing out to replace the plastic might as well just put the new one in. So actually less work. The whole thing comes out easy just a couple of screws and elect plugs on back after removing the cover panel see here for instructions on that http://www.ds3club.co.uk/showthread....ove-dash-panel The milage counter and all that stuff should not be affected by changing the instruments, pretty sure it is stored somewhere else.
