Steam Punk

On Saturday I went to a steam punk rally in Lincoln by accident! (I was really visiting the castle).

I was amazed and seriously impressed with the costumes and somewhat surprised that there were a lot of people of my age. Maybe I will become a steam punk!!!

The only thing that surprised me more was not bumping into Joni there - I thought it would be right up your street! I will post some pictures soon.

I've seen steam punk gatherings before and was amazed at the work and effort that goes into the look... I'm sure you spotted that some of the ladies look very cool

I found some of the Victorian costumes and lace veils strangely attractive!
OK so the one in a short skirt and suspenders did it too but that was a more obvious thing!!!
