Todays Earthquake in AGN

What a weird sensation, never been in an earthquake, we have plenty of tremors, nothing as cheeky as todays but about 10 seconds of tremors was followed by the ground swaying, like being drunk and sober together.

im no geologist but I'm told the epicentre was a little further NE around Badakshan but luckily it was a long way below the surface. Even so it was the weirdest feeling I've ever known, for anybody who has ever spent a lengthy period offshore in a bit of swell, it was a little bit like having land sickness. All our building are single story (to keep the profile below the Hesco perimeter) with the exception of the accommodation which is converted 40 foot ISO containers stacked two high, I live on the top (1st floor) and had a considerable sway going on.

"We are running"

Crazy how even North India felt it!
