Can anyone on here create / develop apps?

Got a great idea however have no idea how to develop or create it

Try downloading Microsoft Visual Studio Community Edition - it Free for playing around with but I think if you then go on to sell you'll need a licensed version of it (££££). You should be able to develop Windows apps for desktop PC's and Android apps if memory serves me right.

What target market are you aiming for: Windows desktop users (PC users), Mobile phones users (Apple or Android), Tablet users (Apple or Android).
For developing app's for Apple products (iPad, iPhone, MacOS) you will need someone who has these products to develop on/with. And if you wish to sell the app in Apple's store you will need to apply for to be a Apple Developer in order to put your app into Apple's store.
