    My main hobby is archery, it's one of those sports that you have to have a completely clear head for and so a great way to forget about all the normal day to day stuff that winds you up and your only measure of success is yourself so it is up to you how seriously you take it.

    Find a time consuming sport. Fun, fitness and staves off boredom.
