Car twitching at speed

Hey guys does anyone else notice that the 1.6 THP gets a bit twitchy towards a ton? Or is it just me ? The car feels like it’s not planted at all . Any help or advice is most welcome. Thanks

Hey there,

When you say twitchy are you meaning that the car isn't driving straight?

If so, I'd be looking at the tyres to see any signs of wear on one side because if there is, I'd put it down to tracking. I've had to have mine done once or twice due to hitting pot holes at speed, that never helps...

Thanks for the reply when I say twitching I mean as if the front end is dancing around and not feeling settled or planted. I’m going to see what pressure the front tyres are running to see if they are overinflated.

Both my THPs were like driving on ice at 100+
any tremors usually wheel balancing

Drop tyre pressures a bit

I checked the tyre pressures and they were running on 36psi no wonder it was like being on ice I’ve dropped them to 30 psi and handles much better thanks guys
