    I visited a chiropractic, I won't mention his name, it got easier for a while, but the further it went the worse it got, my back problems wouldn't go away.

      There are different types of back problems. If a chiropractor didn't help you, then a functional medicine doctor lincoln ne can help you. He helped my back not heal at the time. Yes, I had to suffer a little bit, but now my back doesn't bother me at all. Now I try not to lift heavy weights and just do exercises to strengthen my back.
