CBD capsule question

I enjoy taking CBD capsules from the Salem Dispensary. Brother Jonathan’s CBD are great but a bit overpriced. I tried the CBD capsules from NETA Brookline but they have little noticeable effects. I am not sure what the difference is. Is there another CBD capsule at another dispensary that anyone has used that has been positive for them? I like smoking CBD flower but the effects are short lived and I have to smoke all day long.
