You can entrust your website to anyone you want. But i strongly recommend to adress this question to professionals, as only they will know how to build a multi vendor ecommerce website and other types of websites as well. I think that company which can guarantee you the result is the best option possible. This is only my opinion of course, but i think that everyone will agree with me in this
