  • Polish concrete floor issues

We are in the process of a new build with a polished concrete Salt Lake City floor. The slab has been recently laid and due to problems with it probably being let to cure too quickly, it's badly cracked. The builders want the option of filling the cracks but all my research seems to suggest that the repaired cracks will be visible. What other options do we have? They have suggested we start thinking about alternative floor coverings but we just don't want to do that.

Hiya I'm a builder too hmm sorry to say it will be visible if repaired whoever laid it is responsible for making it right not bodging it... any pictures?? Other alternative is if its just big long cracks make them a feature carve the lines out more almost like a route fill it with coloured or black resin so it too has the polished effect but will look deliberate...

Oh or look up appoxy resin floor it looks alot like polished concrete... its probably the route I'd go less mess to sort it and charge the builder that fluffed it...
