Though the official language is Arabic but as there's a majority of non-uae people there so a lot of english spoken people are there to assist. For example, even the official sites of uae are there in english including ICA, Evg fine check services and website, GDRFAD website and all such officials. So, even if you don't know arabic, you won't face any problem there as long as you know english.
