How do I download videos from Instagram? I can't find a way to do this in the app or on the website, even though other people are downloading them somehow.

The Instagram app/desktop version doesn't allow users to download videos. It used to, but then it was removed. Why was that? I don't know. There are online services like https://anonsaver.com/video/ where you can download videos for free. There are many services like that.
