As dsyDS3 has already said, the apostrophe. "Its" for the possessive, "it's" for a contraction of "it is".

It's the name of a famous book about English. It's a pun i.e. it could be someone who eats, shoots the waiter then leaves the restaurant or a panda which eats shoots and leaves.
