I have received an intellectual property rights infringement letter claiming that I am infringing copyright, although it seems to me that this is unfounded. Should I contact a lawyer or just ignore the letter?

Under no circumstances should you ignore the letter. You must not respond to it yourself, as any response you make may be used against you in a court of law. A cease and desist response letter should be drafted with the help of an experienced attorney, and then you have a high chance of avoiding legal problems. Contact attorney David N. Sharifi, Esq. He helped me with the same problem.
