Tony, best to speak to CUK direct. Every Dealer has an Customer Care Manager who is responsible for a number of dealer within a certain area. This person is the one who has the power to resolve your issue. By speaking with customer services at CUK (0844 4630010 for the switchboard) they should put in touch with the right person.
I'm justworried that an email would easily get lost in the system....I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!

Is this email address still valid?
12 days and 10+ emails and phone calls and I still don't have an invoice for my car purchase and part exchange of my old vehicle.
The invoice I was presented with when I signed basically had July's pricing on it and no deduction of £500 for Citroens contribution. The copies were ammended by Biro and when I got home I realised I hadn't been given a copy.
Every time I phone/email, I ask what the delay is and they say they'll sort it.

It is so complicated I need to send a long explanation of the saga before Citroen will grasp what I need from them.
I sent an email to that address last night and it didnt bounce, so hopefully someone has picked it up. May ring when I have time and see if its been read and take it forward from there.
Getting that "what have I done feeling" over choosing a Citroen based on my Dealer experience
