  • Ds4 New job, new car

So my wife is moving to a new job after easter and needs something with more economy than her petrol Ds3. Although she loves it she would like something different.I was wondering what you guys and girls thought about the Ds4 hybrid diesel ,some cracking leasing deals or ex demos, anyone have one or knowledge of the real mpg with this engine, 64 mpg, average,( claimed) . Cheers in advance for any replies , Alan

I take you actually mean the DS5 Hybrid?

Not driven the car myself but I have driven the EGS version of the same model, to be honest with you my choice would be for that as the fuel figures are much and much the same. Granted it wouldn't have the same power advantage but if running costs are key then the is a big difference in price, Hybrid DStyle is £30,100 where the EGS version is £24,900. The other thing to consider is that the boot in the Hybrid is about half the size of what it normally is but I don't know if this is an issue or not.

Also the Hybrid Sport version is Band B (£20) and the EGS version is Band C (£30).
