Giving your car back??

Just need some help. I ve had my DS3 for just over a year and want to give it back. We need 2 cars and giving back the DS3 would help us out. Is this possible or do I have to pay half the finance first so I wont owe anything?

What finance agreement do you have and what does it say in the T&Cs ? I suspect there will always be early termination clauses

as far as i know you have to pay least 50% of payments anything below will have to be payed have a look at the small print on your paperwork

Best bet would be to call your finance company and speak to them.

Tell them what you're considering and find out the costs involved.

Yeah I had a look at the agreement and said I need to pay 50%, just thought someone might know if the dealer would take it back and sell it to settle the finance or even if I could sell it.

You can sell your car but would mean getting a loan to pay the finance company off and then selling the car to pay off the loan,

but chances are you couldn't sell it for the amount left on the finance and would have to put some money towards it.

OR go to Citroen and sell both your cars to them and buy another used car as they might be able to work out some 'deal'
